FAQ

Q: What is the "Pumkins / Chinese Yams program"?

We will randomly add a few healthy ingredients to the meals you ordered (exclude Special Diet), such as 3 out of 10 packets from your order. These ingredients are usually good for dogs but do not need to take in large quantities in order to let them get excited when eating our meals. We change this ingredient periodically. The latest arrangement is to switch from pumkins to Chinese yams on 8 June, 2024. When we receive your first order, we will confirm whether you like to join the program or not through Whatsapp. Thank you!

Q: Why do you include chicken cartilage, chicken heart or liver into the menu?

Benefits of chicken livers:

High in protein, fat and vitamin A. Fat content is very good choice for young growing or underweight dogs and cats.

Benefits of chicken hearts:

Chicken hearts contain vitamins B, vitamin A, iron, copper, zinc, and phosphorus. They also contain a lot of omega-3 and six essential fatty acids as well, which you’ll hardly find in other pet food brands that have the same benefits for your pets’ health.

Benefits of chicken cartilage:

Cartilage is very high in glucosamine and is good for your dog's bones health and it also helps with dental hygiene. Chewing on rubbery cartilage cleans your dog's teeth that other canned / dry foods cannot provide, since it can remove certain amounts of nasty bacteria and little bits of food stuck between their teeth.

Our chicken livers, hearts and cartilage are all imported from Japan and are non-hormone added.
